The provisions of this policy are intended to define the customer's rights and obligations in connection with the use of the Website and the purchase of products through it, including the manner and terms of purchasing the products (hereinafter: the "Policy").
Since this policy constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and LeDorot Judaica, the customer undertakes to read all its provisions and terms carefully and thoroughly and to fulfill them. It is clarified that by using the Website, the customer and/or visitor to the Website agrees, confirms and declares that they have read all the provisions of the policy and that they are willing to accept all its provisions without any reservation (the customer, visitor to the Website, and purchaser by telephone, shall hereinafter be referred to as: the "Customer").
LeDorot Judaica reserves the right to update and/or change the policy from time to time, at its sole discretion, without the need for prior notice and/or any notice. Therefore, the customer must read the policy each time they choose to use the Website and check "I agree to the terms of use" in the relevant box.

3. General:

The introduction to this policy constitutes an integral part of it.
This policy addresses both genders equally, but for convenience only, it is written in the masculine form.
The section headings in the policy are for convenience only and shall not be given any weight in the interpretation of the policy.
It is clarified that all the provisions of the policy shall apply, with appropriate and necessary changes, also to a customer who chose to purchase products by telephone contact with the Website's customer service center.
Before it is possible to purchase products on the Website and before making payment, the customer must confirm and mark by checking the appropriate box on the Website that they have read the policy and that they accept all its provisions and terms.
The customer agrees, confirms and declares that they have read all the provisions of the policy and that they are willing to accept all its provisions without any reservation, whether they made a purchase on the Website or by telephone, even if they did not read the policy, despite having confirmed that they did so, the policy will apply to them and bind them in all respects. As stated above, even if the customer did not mark that they agree to the policy, their mere use of the Website and/or telephone order constitutes such agreement.

4. Website Activity Dates / Website Activity Cessation:

Purchases can be made on the website every day except Saturday, 24 hours a day, except in cases where the website has been shut down for maintenance and/or updates and/or due to a malfunction and/or any other reason, including in cases of force majeure and/or strike and/or power outage and/or an internet provider issue, and also as a result of incidents and/or malfunctions beyond the control of the company and/or the internet provider and/or anyone on their behalf. The customer and/or visitor to the website shall have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit in connection therewith.
In addition, LeDorot Judaica reserves the right, at any time, to temporarily and/or permanently cease the operation of the website in accordance with its sole decision and discretion, and the customer and/or visitor to the website shall have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit in connection therewith.

5. Transfer of Rights on the Website:

LeDorot Judaica shall be entitled to transfer ownership and/or rights to the website to a third party, provided that all customer rights under this policy are not prejudiced as a result, and in such a case, the customer's details, as filled out by them on the website, shall be transferred to and for the knowledge of the third party who received ownership and/or rights to the website from the B Group, and the customer agrees to this in advance.

6. Eligibility to Purchase on the Website:

Any person, resident of Israel, who is over 18 years old, holds an Israeli identity card, and owns/holds a valid credit card issued and honored in Israel by one of the authorized credit card companies in Israel (hereinafter - "Credit Card") may purchase products on the Company's website.
It is hereby clarified that payment by credit card will be possible subject to credit card companies allowing payment by credit card for the purpose of making a purchase on the website.
The Company reserves the right to restrict and/or cancel a customer's eligibility to purchase on the website for any reason and at its sole discretion, even if they have previously purchased products through the website. Among other things, this right will be available to the Company in any of the following cases (it is clarified that the Company's failure to take such restriction and/or cancellation measures, despite its right to do so, will not be considered a waiver of any of its rights: when registering on the Company's website, the customer filled in and/or provided false and/or incorrect details and/or details that are not accurate. Making a purchase and/or intending to make a purchase using a credit card that is not valid and/or whose use has been restricted and/or blocked for use and/or is not lawfully held by the customer. Making use of and/or making a purchase on the Company's website for the purpose of committing an illegal act according to any law and/or to assist another in committing such an act. Committing an act and/or omission that harms and/or damages the Company and/or the website and/or anyone on its behalf, including its customers and/or suppliers. In a case where the customer has a debt to the Company and/or related companies, including a debt arising from the purchase and/or order of products, and the customer has not paid their debt despite its due date. The customer violated a provision of this policy, as it may be updated from time to time.

7. Registration to the Website for Purchase on the Website:

To purchase on the Website, the customer must complete a registration process and provide their personal details as requested (among other things, first name and last name, ID number, credit card details, address to which the customer wishes the ordered products to be delivered, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address). The customer will also be asked to indicate if they do not wish to receive promotional information and/or direct mail. The customer must indicate that they agree to the provisions of this policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the details are filled in accurately and completely.
The customer alone will be responsible for updating their details and checking the correctness of their details as filled out by them on the Website. In case of a change and/or update in the details, the customer is obligated to ensure their update and correction.
The Company reserves the right to decide on additional identification means and/or methods for customer identification, as determined by it from time to time.

8. Products Offered for Sale on the Website:

The Website will display and offer for sale a wide variety of tallitot, tallit katan, tzitzit undershirts, threads, atarot, and other products from LeDorot Judaica and other brands (hereinafter – the "Product" and/or "Products").
A concise description of the product will appear on the Website. In case of a lack of a certain product, it will be stated that this product is currently out of stock. However, there may be cases where a lack of a certain product was not noted even though it is out of stock, and in such a case, the customer will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against the Company due to this.
The Company reserves the right to expand and/or reduce and/or change the offering and variety of products offered for sale on the Website at any time at its discretion. The product offering may include a variety of brands and companies.
The Company informs the customer that the products offered for sale on the Website, all or some of them, are also offered for sale in the retail stores of Mishkan Hatchelet and/or in various franchisee stores and/or in various locations and/or in various chains and/or in private stores and/or are also sold by various suppliers.

9. Products Out of Stock:

In the event that one or more products ordered by the customer are out of stock, even though at the time of placing the order it appeared that the product was available and the customer's order was approved, LeDorot Judaica will not be obligated to supply this product to the customer. A customer service representative will make an effort to contact the customer, according to the contact details provided by them when registering on the Website, and will offer them to choose a similar and/or different product from among the products offered for sale on the Website and/or that will be offered to them, if charged, to receive their money back by crediting the credit card used by the customer to purchase the product. In such a case, the customer and/or anyone on their behalf will have no claims and/or demands and/or lawsuits of any kind or type against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.

10. Product Images on the Website:

The product images and/or gift packaging images appearing on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be differences between the product images displayed on the Website and the actual products (including, changes in product color, product dimensions, etc.).

11. Purchasing Products from the Website via a Telephone Call to the Website's Customer Service Center:

The Company allows the customer to purchase products on the Website also by contacting the Website's customer service center by telephone. It is clarified that the provisions of this policy will also apply to a customer who purchases products by telephone. The customer's failure to sign this policy does not detract from their aforementioned consent.

12. Product Delivery:

Courier delivery in Israel: up to 14 business days (a business day ends at 3:00 PM), excluding the day of placing the order and Fridays and Saturdays, and after special work such as: embroidery, sewing, and tying. The delivery times for products purchased on the Website and ordered abroad are as follows:
Express mail abroad = DHL: 7 business days.
It should be emphasized that the cost of express shipping abroad depends on the following factors:

Destination country of the order.
Number of items.
Package weight.

For international orders up to 1 kg, LeDorot Judaica automatically calculates the shipping cost.
For international orders over 1 kg, the company weighs the package and checks the costs according to the destination country of the order.
Shipping costs within Israel depend on a minimum order amount determined by LeDorot Judaica (which may change the amount at any time at its discretion) and the type of shipping.
Free shipping with a courier to your home for purchases over 399 NIS.
For purchases under 399 NIS – the cost of shipping with a courier to your home for most areas of Israel is 30 NIS.

13. Product Delivery Date:

Courier delivery in Israel: usually within 14 business days to the customer's home, depending on the place of residence. Business days are counted from the day after the order is placed. Days for embroidery work, sewing, and tying tzitzit are not considered business days.
The delivery dates for products purchased on the Website and ordered abroad are as follows: Express mail abroad = DHL: usually within 7 business days.
It should be emphasized that the cost of express shipping abroad depends on the following factors: Destination country of the order, number of items, package weight.
For international orders up to 1 kg, the Mishkan Hatchelet website automatically calculates the shipping cost.
For international orders over 1 kg, the company weighs the package and checks the costs according to the destination country of the order.
Shipping costs within Israel depend on a minimum order amount determined by LeDorot Judaica (which may change the amount at any time at its discretion) and the type of shipping.
Free shipping with a courier to your home for purchases over 399 NIS – Courier delivery in Israel: usually within 14 business days to the customer's home, depending on the place of residence. Business days are counted from the day after the order is placed.
Every order leaving LeDorot Judaica receives a tracking number which appears in "My Account" on the Website. Upon dispatch of the order from the company, the customer will receive an email to the email address entered in "My Account" with their order number and a link through which they can track the shipment on the Israel Post website. The exact tracking number should be entered in the appropriate area on the Israel Post website to track the order status.
It should be emphasized that the delivery times for products purchased on the Website refer to the moment the package leaves LeDorot Judaica and from the moment of receiving the confirmation of shipment via email to the customer's address. The delivery date of the products may be delayed due to scheduling for the customer's convenience. In such a case, the delivery date of the products will be postponed accordingly to the date agreed upon with the customer, and the customer will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit in connection therewith against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 13.1-13.2 above, in cases of force majeure and/or as a result of events beyond the control of the Company and/or the courier and/or anyone on their behalf, including strikes, shutdowns, security events, severe weather conditions, strikes at suppliers of services or goods required for the production and/or transportation of products including sea and air ports, etc., there may be a delay in the delivery date of the products, and the customer and/or anyone on their behalf shall have no claims and/or demands and/or lawsuits of any kind or type in connection therewith against the Company and/or the courier company and/or anyone on their behalf.

14. Self-Collection from the Company's Warehouse:

14.1 A customer who chose to collect their order independently, the collection will be made after the customer receives a phone call that their order has arrived and according to the collection hours.
14.2 For self-collection, the customer will come to the store on their own and will bear all costs associated with their arrival at the store for the purpose of collecting their order.

15. Prices:

Next to each product offered for sale on the Website, its updated price in Israeli Shekels will appear, including VAT (hereinafter – "Product Price"). It should be emphasized that prices do not include shipping fees.
The Company shall be entitled to change the prices of the products offered for sale on the Website at its sole discretion without the need for prior notice and/or any notice.
The Company informs the customer that the product price, as it appears on the Website, is not necessarily under more favorable payment terms and/or a more advantageous price and/or cheaper than the price of the same product offered for sale in other additional places. The customer alone is responsible for comparing prices and/or checking for discounts and/or promotions before deciding to purchase product/s on the Website.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that in the event a price sticker is found on the product ordered by the customer, whether the price is higher or lower than the product price ordered at the time of sending the order confirmation by return email, the determining price is the product price as it appeared on the Website.

16. Minimum Purchase Amount on the Website:

LeDorot Judaica shall be entitled, at any time, to determine a minimum purchase amount for products on the Website (hereinafter: "Minimum Purchase Amount") at its sole discretion, and shall also be entitled to change the Minimum Purchase Amount from time to time, all without the need for prior notice and/or any notice.

17. Selected Products - "Shopping Cart":

The list of products selected by the customer on the Website for purchase will appear in the "Shopping Cart." The list will include the names of the products, the prices of the products, including the shipping fee for the order (selected by the customer), and at the end, a total sum of the entire order will appear.
Until the payment stage, the customer will be able to decide whether to remove or add products appearing in the "Shopping Cart." After payment is made and approved by the credit card company, the customer will receive an order confirmation to the email address they provided in their personal details (hereinafter: "Order Confirmation by Return Email").
It is clarified that the registration of products in the "Shopping Cart" by the customer does not "reserve" a product and/or "guarantee" its price. The determining price is the price set for that product at the time of order confirmation by return email.

18. Warranty:

18.1 The responsibility for inspecting the product, its quality, properties, characteristics, and suitability for the customer's needs, rests solely with the customer, even if the customer used the search mechanisms on the Website for the purchase.
The Company informs the customer and/or visitor to the Website and/or anyone on their behalf that the brief description of the products offered for sale on the Website, including their dimensions and colors (hereinafter: "Product Description"), is based on information provided to the Company by third parties. The Company does not verify the reliability, completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information to the actual properties of the products, and it and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any discrepancy, error, or lack of any detail that may arise between the product description and its actual condition.
The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not bear any responsibility for any damage caused to the customer, directly or indirectly, due to delay in delivery, or as a result of the supplied products being faulty or not in working order, unless the defect occurred due to gross negligence on the part of the Company. In this case, the Company's liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the price of the product only.

19. Liability for Website Activity and Use:

The Company and/or anyone on its behalf is not and will not be liable in any way whatsoever in connection with the activity of the website provider and/or the network and/or telephone infrastructure, electricity, hardware, software and/or any other infrastructure and/or communication means, with all their components, and will not be liable for any interruptions, malfunctions, disturbances, errors, disconnections, damages, expenses, loss of profit, presence of viruses, software, destructive files, etc., which may be caused to the customer and/or visitor to the website in connection with the use of the website, whether directly or indirectly.
The service on the Website is provided "AS IS," and the customer and/or visitor to the Website and/or anyone on their behalf confirms that they have no and will have no claims and/or demands and/or lawsuits against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf, including, among other things, regarding the characteristics of the Website and/or the service provided thereunder, its features, limitations, or unsuitability for their needs and/or requirements.
The Company and/or anyone on its behalf is not responsible and will not be liable for damages of any kind or type that may be caused to the customer and/or visitor to the Website and/or anyone on their behalf and/or to any third party as a result of a technical malfunction on the Website and/or in the hardware and/or software and/or an act and/or omission and/or negligence of an internet provider and/or any other provider and/or a malfunction in the infrastructure and/or servers and/or communication and/or communication lines.
The Company takes precautions to maintain and ensure, as far as possible, the confidentiality of the information provided to it by the customer when making a purchase on the Website, including the credit card details filled out by them. However, the Company will not be liable for any damage of any kind or type, whether indirect or direct, that may be caused to the customer and/or anyone on their behalf in the event that the information provided to the Company is lost and/or used without the authorization of the customer and/or the Company and/or anyone on its behalf and/or as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the Company and/or its knowledge.
The Website may display commercial - promotional information and/or links leading to various websites and/or commercial - promotional information that may originate from the Company or from various third parties (hereinafter - "Commercial Information"). The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for the Commercial Information, including its reliability, correctness, content, accuracy, integrity, etc., and/or for damages of any kind or type, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the customer and/or visitor to the Website and/or anyone on their behalf and/or to any third party as a result of exposure to and/or reliance on the Commercial Information.

20. Product Return/Exchange Policy/Cancellation of Purchase Made on the Website:

The Company will allow the customer to cancel their order and return a product or exchange a product they purchased on the Website in accordance with the Company's detailed policy below and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, as may be updated from time to time (hereinafter: "Product Return/Exchange Policy"). The Company reserves the right to change and/or update the product return/exchange policy from time to time without being obligated to provide any notice to the customer. The customer is responsible for updating themselves from time to time with the product return/exchange policy as published by the Company from time to time and/or as required by law.
The following are the main points of the product return/exchange policy for products purchased by the customer on the Website, and they do not constitute any legal advice: Last date for return (cancellation)/exchange: From the date of receiving the order confirmation by return email up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Method of return: Cancellation of a purchase made on the Website will be done by the customer contacting the Website's customer service center, including by electronic or telephone communication (hereinafter - "Cancellation Notice"). Method of exchange (applies only to product exchanges and not to returns (purchase cancellation)): Exchange of a product purchased on the Website for another product will be done by the customer contacting the Website's customer service center by telephone/electronically, in which the customer will specify which product they purchased (hereinafter: "the old product" or "the old order") and which new product they wish to purchase instead of the old product (hereinafter: "the new product or "the new order"). After the customer's contact and selection of a new product as stated, the customer will receive confirmation of the new order by return email and the old order will be canceled. The new product will be delivered to the customer by double delivery with a courier to their home at a cost of 50 NIS at the customer's expense in accordance with the provisions of this policy, provided that the old product has been returned to the company at the time of delivery of the new product to the customer. Conditions for return (cancellation)/exchange: The product has not been damaged, no use has been made of it, and it is in its original packaging. No exchange/return (cancellation) will be allowed for special orders such as: sewing an atara, sewing corners, embroidering letters, embossing, engraving, tying tzitzit/threads! No return (cancellation) and no exchange will be allowed for products purchased as part of a promotion held on the Website, as defined above. Purchase of products as part of a promotion held on the Website is a final purchase. The customer will return the product to the company by registered mail or by a courier on their behalf in advance coordination with the Website's customer service. If the customer collected the product independently from the company's warehouse, the customer will independently return the product to the company's warehouse, in coordination with the customer service center and within the dates specified in section 14 above. Cancellation fees: If the customer returned the product (purchase cancellation), no cancellation fees and/or shipping fees will be charged for the cancellation of the purchase. The Company reserves the right, at its sole decision and discretion, to change its policy regarding the collection of cancellation fees from time to time, and the customer will have no claims and/or demands and/or lawsuits against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith. Cancellation of charge and refund: Subject to the fulfillment of the conditions for cancellation, as detailed in this section above, within 14 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the customer's cancellation notice by the Company's customer service center or within 14 days from the date the customer received confirmation of the new order by return email, as applicable, the Company will cancel the customer's charge for the purchase of the product or for the old order, as applicable, and will refund the customer the same amount they were actually charged for the product or for the old order, as applicable (in case the customer has not yet been actually charged by the credit card company), by crediting the credit card used by them to purchase the product or the old product, as applicable, or will cancel the customer's charge (in case the customer has already been actually charged by the credit card company) except for cancellation fees that the Company will charge at a rate not exceeding 5% of the order price or 100 Israeli Shekels, whichever is lower.

21. Privacy:

For the purpose of making a purchase on the website, the customer must fill in his personal details. Without filling in personal details, the customer will not be able to purchase through the website.
The customer confirms and agrees that all personal details filled in by him for the purpose of making a purchase on the website were provided by him out of consent, free choice and will. The customer also acknowledges that the company will be entitled to store the personal details filled in by him in the company's databases. It should be emphasized that the customer is not legally obligated to provide the aforementioned data, however, without providing them, he will not be able to purchase products through the website.
The customer confirms that he is aware that the company will be entitled to collect, during the use of the company's website, and store in the company's database, information about the customer's purchasing habits, needs, purchased products, information or advertisements he has read, pages he has viewed, offers he has been interested in, the payment method he used, and any other information.
The customer confirms and gives the company his consent to provide his personal details as filled in by him on the website to any entity on behalf of the company and/or a third party that requires this information for the purpose of providing service to the customer as a result of the purchase made by him on the website and/or in connection therewith, including to the customer service representatives of the website and/or the courier, including its employees and/or couriers.
The company shall be entitled to provide the customer's personal details to companies affiliated with the company, and the company shall also be entitled to provide the customer's personal details in any case of company merger and/or reorganization and/or transfer of ownership and/or rights in the website to a third party and/or to companies controlled by the company and/or affiliated companies.
The company shall be entitled to transfer data from the database to various advertisers. It is hereby clarified that the information transferred to the advertisers will not be information that will in any way allow for the personal identification of the customer.
The company shall be entitled to provide the customer's personal details in any case where it receives a court order and/or decision and/or request according to law to provide the customer's personal details in its possession, according to the details filled in by him on the website and/or in any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between the customer and the company.
The customer confirms that he is aware that the purposes of providing the personal details he will provide are: (1) the actual execution of product purchases through the website and all related and accompanying actions; (2) marketing advertising information as detailed below and direct mail; (3) use of customer details according to the company's needs, inter alia for the purpose of collecting and/or analyzing information about purchasing habits, preferences, information and/or advertisements read by him on the website, time spent on the website, frequency of visits to the website and additional data; (4) personalization of elements and topics on the website according to the customer's interests and expectations.
The company will take precautions to safeguard the customer's personal details and will make efforts to contract with reliable third parties to prevent misuse of the personal details provided to it by the customer when making a purchase on the company's website. However, in the event that a third party manages to disrupt and/or interfere and/or penetrate and/or misuse and/or perform any other illegal action, despite the precautions taken by the company, the customer and/or anyone on his behalf shall have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit of any kind against the company and/or anyone on its behalf for any damage and/or harm that may be caused and/or will be caused as a result of illegal use by the third party.

Advertising Information:

The customer confirms that he is aware that the company will be entitled to send advertising material and/or marketing information via fax, automatic dialing system, electronic message, short message service, recorded call, and by any other means from the communication details provided by the customer within the personal details.
A website customer who does not wish to receive advertising information as described above is required to mark the designated spot on the website to indicate that he does not wish to receive advertising information. The website customer will be entitled to notify at any time of his desire not to receive advertising information by providing written notice and/or by the method in which the advertising information was delivered to him, according to his choice.
Since the company has no ability to ascertain and/or check whether the customer uses an email address shared by the customer and other users, the company considers the customer's non-refusal to receive advertising material as described as an affirmation and commitment on the part of the customer and the other users towards the company that the consent of the other participants at that email address has been given to receive the advertising information.
